Trial of Adam Clayton Powell, Jr.

A drama in two acts chronicling life of Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., the powerful black Chairman of the Education and Labor Committee, who served in the US House of Representatives representing Harlem from 1945 to 1971 .

The play earned Billy Graham an AUDELCO nomination for Outstanding Playwright, and Timothy Simonson, in the title role, won the AUDELCO for Best Actor.
