Mr. Tony Loadholt is a 25-year veteran art teacher with Fulton County Schools. He has a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Savannah State University and a Masters of Fine Arts with a studio concentration in Sculpture from Georgia State University. Mr. Loadholt has taught the Teacher Support Specialist Mentorship Program for the Fulton County Schools. He is an accomplished sculptor with numerous art exhibitions and sculpture installations credited to his vita. He has participated in three Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Station (MARTA) installations for the city of Atlanta and two airport installations. There is a large scale sculpture credited to him located at his alma mater – Savannah State University.
Mr. Loadholt also doubles as a professional set designer and has designed in just about every theater venue in Atlanta, including the Alliance Theater. As a member of the Tri-Cities High School Visual and Performing Arts department faculty, Mr. Loadholt has designed and built every show for the past 17 years. Some of his personal favorites for the school include A Raisin in the Sun, Flyin’ West, Gospel at Colonus, and Aida. Mr. Loadholt is presently the Director of the Visual and Performing Arts Magnet Program and is always dedicated to serving the students and faculty at Tri-Cities High School.
