Dennis Rosa is an American theater and opera director with extensive experience in both New York and regional theater. He won the Best Direction of a Play Tony Award in 1978 for Dracula, which he also directed in London’s West End. His earliest theater credits dated from 1960 (Becket at the St. James Theatre); his latest from 1985
He staged many operas for such companies as the Harlem Opera Company, the New York Music Festival and Opera Workshop, the Caramoor Festival, and the San Francisco Opera.
