Kim Doi

Kim Doi was a properties manager, production supervisor, stage manager, actor, and director who worked in New York Theatre through through the mid-2000s.

Credits we can find for her include:

Director for Comedy 101 at the John Houseman Theatre (2004) and subCity by Bob Jude Ferrante, which premiered at the NY Play Development 4Play Festival (2000).

She was an Equity Stage Manager who worked off-Broadway including Fables in Slang, The Last Romeo and assisted on Cotton Patch Gospel and Woodie Guthrie’s American Song. She also stage-managed multiple productions for the Provincetown Theatre Company.

According to a 2001 PTC progam-bio, her most famous moment was making the pig fly in the NY production of When Pigs Fly.
